BEFORE
The existing floor required professional surface preparation and leveling before epoxy application.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface preparation is one of the most important factors for the success of Epoxy floor, So FLOOR IN company is always interested in using the best and latest types of machines that achieve this according to the requirements of the floor.
MOISTURE LEVEL
Surface moisture is measured before implementation using measuring devices so that it does not exceed 4%.
PRIMER
A layer of epoxy primer was applied to increase and strengthen the cohesion of the concrete surface, as the primer is one of the very important steps in implementing the stages of epoxy floors.
PUTTY
A layer of epoxy putty was applied to level the concrete surface, prepare the floors for finishing, and treat any worn parts.
FINISHING
The floors are completely finished with self-leveling epoxy in the customer's preferred colors, as there are many colors available for epoxy flooring systems.
AFTER
The completed self-leveling epoxy floor provides a smooth, durable surface in light grey 7040 color, meeting all industrial standards for EL Sewedy Electric facility.
