1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of industrial flooring, surface preparation, polyurethane, epoxy coatings, and specialized contracting services provided by Floor In ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients ("Client", "you"). By engaging our services, requesting formal engineering quotations, or commissioning project execution, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Engineering Quotations & Scope of Work

All project proposals and engineering cost estimates are prepared based on initial site assessments, substrate conditions, and client technical specifications. Any variations in substrate composition, undetected subterranean moisture emissions, chemical contamination, or alterations in structural schedules post-inspection will be subject to formal variation orders.

3. Substrate & Site Preparation Obligations

For optimal installation according to ICRI, ASTM, and DIN standards:

• The substrate concrete must meet specified minimum compressive strength (minimum 25-30 MPa) and pull-off tensile strength.
• Substrate moisture levels must adhere to manufacturer parameters for the chosen resin system (e.g. max 4% for standard epoxy, or specialized moisture barriers for higher readings).
• The work zone must remain completely accessible, clear of extraneous trades, dry, and protected from inclement weather or unauthorized foot traffic during implementation and full chemical cure.

4. Quality Assurance & System Warranty

Floor In guarantees that all materials utilized originate from world-class certified suppliers (e.g., Sika, BASF, Bodo Möller, Prokem) and are applied strictly in conformance with technical datasheets and ISO-grade standard operating procedures. Project warranties (ranging from 5 to 25 years based on the selected system tier) cover delamination, material defects, and debonding under customary operating conditions.

Warranties do not extend to damage resulting from structural foundation settlement, seismic events, hydrostatic pressure exceeding engineering limits, or abusive mechanical impact surpassing designated design loads.

5. Occupational Safety & Environmental Protection

Floor In strictly enforces rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies on every project. Our technicians utilize certified personal protective equipment (PPE), dust-free diamond grinding machinery with HEPA extraction, and VOC-compliant materials in sensitive environments such as food processing facilities, hospitals, and pharmaceutical cleanrooms.

6. Payment Terms & Handover

Payment milestones are outlined in individual project contracts. Final project handover and warranty certification are issued upon mutual inspection, electronic DFT/adhesion verification, and settlement of project balances.
